Brief Overview of Role：

1、Responsible for whole kindergarten management, focusing on the maintenance of enrollment,logistics management.

2、Develop and implement strategic admission plans designed to achieve school’s enrolment target.

3、Supervise kindergarten’s management and daily running and working process.

4、Support with the overview of the whole curriculum and advise on its development in consultation.

5、Guarantee the safeguarding and promote the welfare of children and young people by ensuring that all staff, and those connected to the School, share this commitment and responsibility. Have responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, and to work together with others to ensure adequate arrangements within the School help to identify, assess, and support children who are being harmed.

6、Implement the relevant national laws, regulations, policies and local regulations, and establish and organize the implementation of the rules and regulations of the kindergarten.

7、Ensuring the kindergarten running properly and be able to handle the emergence case.

8、Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements：

1、Bachelor Degree or above in Early Year Education，English teaching,aboard experience is preferred.

2、More than 5 years manage experience of kindergarten ,familiar with the process of running a kindergarten.

3、Experience in International kindergarten with the principal licence.

4、Familiar with the laws and regulations of Early Year Education in China.

5、Outstanding written and verbal communication skills，strong sense of responsible and plan execution ability.
