Brief Overview of Role:

1. To ensure that the Chinese compulsory curriculum is well-organized delivered and assessed appropriately and to help schedule the daily/weekly programme and the academic timetable.
2. To assist in Staff induction and staff development, ensuring especially that all local teachers are suitably trained and qualified.
3. To be co-responsible for the daily teaching management of the teachers to ensure the full implementation of the Chinese curriculum
4. Undertake any other duties as required.

Job Requirements：

1. College degree above in Early Year Education,have principal licence with aboard experience is preferred.
2. Minimum of five years as a qualified Early Years teacher or a manager in the international school, familiar with STEM curriculum is preferred.
3. Implement the relevant national laws, regulations, policies and local regulations, and establish and organize the implementation of the rules and regulations of the kindergarten.
4. Responsible, collaborative, detail-minded, proactive and well organized.
