Brief Overview of Role:
- To ensure that the Chinese compulsory curriculum is well-organized delivered and assessed appropriately and to help schedule the daily/weekly programme and the academic timetable.
- To assist in Staff induction and staff development, ensuring especially that all local teachers are suitably trained and qualified.
- To be co-responsible for the daily teaching management of the teachers to ensure the full implementation of the Chinese curriculum
- Undertake any other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- College degree above in Early Year Education,have principal licence with aboard experience is preferred.
- Minimum of five years as a qualified Early Years teacher or a manager in the international school, familiar with STEM curriculum is preferred.
- Implement the relevant national laws, regulations, policies and local regulations, and establish and organize the implementation of the rules and regulations of the kindergarten.
- Responsible, collaborative, detail-minded, proactive and well organized.
