Brief Overview of Role:
1. Take responsibility for the implementation of and compliance with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, health, safety, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
2. Provide Termly or Half Termly and Weekly / Daily planning of lessons to meet the needs of the children.
3. Monitor behaviour, relationships and social development of the children in the class.
4. Maintain regular communication with the parents.
5. Keep appropriate and efficient records, integrating formative and summative assessment into weekly and termly planning.
6. Completing half termly tracking assessments and teacher assessments in line with procedures.
7. Maintain an orderly and productive learning environment by employing good classroom techniques, resources and management skills in line with Pre-Prep procedures.
8. To follow the requirements of the Equality of Opportunity Policy of school.
9. To research and summaries new developments in Early Years teaching.
Job Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree or above in Early Childhood Education related majors；
2、3 years or above experience in early childhood education, preferably at international school and IBPYP teaching Experience；
3、Kindergarten teacher qualification certificate holder;
4、Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
